1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on Evercart. By placing an order you accept them. We may update them, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm payment and send your order confirmation. If an item is mispriced or unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any USD figure shown is approximate and for comparison only. We accept mobile money, cards, bank transfer and wallet payments. Payment must clear before we dispatch or source your items.
4. Sourced-to-order items
Items marked "sourced to order" are purchased abroad on your behalf after you pay. Lead times shown are estimates in working days and may be affected by supplier stock, shipping and customs clearance. We will keep you updated and you may cancel a sourced item for a full refund at any point before we place the supplier order.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
6. Returns

7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity on your account.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
