We collect the minimum information needed to sell you something and get it to your door, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email address, phone number.
- Order details — what you bought, delivery address and landmark, order notes.
- Payment details — we never see or store your full card number or mobile money PIN. Payments are processed by our payment partners.
- Usage data — pages viewed and products searched, only after you accept analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To process orders, arrange delivery, handle returns, answer support messages, prevent fraud, and — if you opt in — send you offers.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and session working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies only load after you accept them on the consent bar. You can change your choice at any time from the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
Who we share with
Payment providers, courier and shipping partners, and suppliers for sourced-to-order items — only the details each one needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Message us and we will respond within 30 days.
