Sourced to order
We buy this item from our overseas suppliers after you order, consolidate it into our next shipment, and bring it into Zambia. Total time: within 48 hours. You will receive an update at each of the five stages, and you can check the status any time under Track Order.
Delivery fees
Calculated at checkout based on your town. Free delivery in Lusaka on orders over K500. Everclub Cocoa and Gold members get free delivery.
On the day
Our driver will call the number on your order. Please keep your phone on. If nobody is available we will attempt delivery once more the next working day; after two failed attempts the order returns to us and a re-delivery fee applies.
Delays
Overseas shipping and customs clearance are outside our control. If your order will be late we will tell you before you have to ask.
