Evercart

Accessibility Statement

We want Evercart to be easy to use for every shopper in Zambia.

Our commitment

Evercart is built to work for as many people as possible — including shoppers who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard, rely on mobile data, or have low vision. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the site.

What we do

  • Keyboard friendly — every button, link, form field and menu can be reached and used with a keyboard alone.
  • Screen-reader friendly — product images have descriptive text, icons have labels, and page landmarks help you move around quickly.
  • Readable text — we use clear fonts, generous line spacing and high-contrast colours based on our espresso, cocoa and cream palette.
  • Responsive design — the site adapts to phones, tablets and desktops so you can shop on whatever device you have.
  • Consistent navigation — the header, footer and cart work the same way on every page.
  • Focus indicators — a visible gold outline shows which element is active when you tab through the page.

Known limitations

Some third-party payment or shipping widgets may not be fully under our control. If you hit a barrier while checking out or tracking an order, please tell us and we will find a way to help.

How to give feedback

We want to know if anything is hard to use.

  • WhatsApp — tap the floating support button on any page.
  • Email — evercartzambia@gmail.com
  • Phone — +260 574 042 250
  • Contact page — /contact

Tell us what you were trying to do, which page or product you were on, and what got in the way. We will respond during business hours and work on a fix.

Third-party tools

We test with common browsers and screen readers, but we do not require any particular assistive technology to shop with us.
